    Service with a smile from all employees and breakfast had a good choice and also included eggs and bacon.

    room was a bit small, but we were out all day so was not an issue.

    Great location right next to the pedestrian walking area but only a block from the train sataion. The slightly more expensive double was basically a suite. No traffic noise at all since it is on pedestrian streets on all sides. Good buffet breakfast with espresso and cappuccinos made to order, not from machine.

    Decor is a bit old fashioned. Bathroom is tiny.

    Great hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff, comfort and friendly environment, also the necessary facilities were on very high level of quality. I would recommend the Best Western Hotel Gran Mogol to everybody looking for a nice, suitable hotel, perfectly located in the Turin center and providing the privacy and excellent working conditions in a case you are business traveler.

    Room was a little small...but comfortable. Hotel was quite central.

    We found somebody else's bottle under the bed. We were woken up by noises from the workers outside.
